STUBBS ENGLAND returns as sponsor of the Nutritional Helpline of the Year award – one of the British Equestrian Trade Association’s 10 Business Awards – for a second year. This prestigious industry accolade rewards exceptional service offered by companies providing expert nutritional advice and support to retailers and consumers.
“We are extremely pleased to support this award once again,” said STUBBS ENGLAND managing director Chris Bradwell. “As a company, we are committed to excellence and highly regarded for our top-quality stable and tack room equipment. We wholly understand the importance of good nutrition on equine wellbeing and how vital it is for retailers, horse owners and riders to be able to access sound, professional advice. We are proud to play a part in reinforcing the essential work carried out by nutritional helplines.”
BETA executive director Claire Williams added: “We are delighted to welcome STUBBS ENGLAND back to our team of industry supporters. The qualified nutritionists employed by feed manufacturers sit on the front line of customer care, answering hundreds of queries every single week, and this award is a great way for owners, riders and members of the industry to acknowledge and celebrate all the hard work and dedication they put in.”
The search is now on to find the winners. Retailers and their customers who have received outstanding support and advice from a feed company helpline can reward its great customer service by putting it forward for recognition.
Nominations for the STUBBS ENGLAND Nutritional Helpline of the Year award should be made by 18 November. Forms can be downloaded at beta-uk.org or STUBBSENGLAND.com and posted to BETA, East Wing, Stockeld Park, Wetherby LS22 4AW, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Winners of the BETA Business Awards will be announced during the 2020 BETA Gala Dinner, at the National Motorcycle Museum, near Birmingham, on Monday 20 January.
